Registration Fee
Preliminary registration, which is required for submitting proposals, will become final or active registration only when payment of the registration fee has been credited to the conference account. Because of the deadline for editing the conference proceedings, all authors and co-authors submitting conference materials must ensure that payment of their registration fee is transferred into the conference account by August 20th, 2014. For participants who do not submit materials, registration is open until September 30th, 2014.
Prospective presenters should note that they will have no more than two weeks to withdraw from the conference after receiving the evaluation of their submission. If they fail to do so, they will be obliged to pay the registration fee.
